I provide a rich blend of mind-body techniques including visualisation, emotions work and deep relaxation practices to support your mind and nurture your body at each stage.

The sessions are a space for healing, safe sharing & taking time to breathe. I bring transformational, evidence-based tools & techniques to reduce the stress, anxiety & overwhelm of infertility.
So right from the beginning, you’ll be able to feel calmer & more emotionally in control – a powerful shift to support your mind, your body & your fertility.
These sessions are a place where you’ll be able to let go of the pain of your struggles so far, take back control of the emotional rollercoaster, break out of the negative thought spirals & begin to look forward feeling empowered & emotionally equipped for the journey ahead.
As your mindset shifts, you’ll also find yourself more able to live life more fully “in the wait” as your sense of hope about the future, begins to grow.
Interestingly, there is also a growing body of research to indicate that support for the mind may be beneficial for fertility outcomes too. One small pilot study in 2020 for example, found that women who took part in a 10-week Mind-Body program to mitigate the distress of infertility, were over 4 times more likely to become pregnant than the waiting list control group.2

Why is this so important? – Research shows that people going through fertility treatment report higher levels of anxiety & depression than the population at large, and many feel a real lack of emotional support. Unsurprisingly, psychological distress is one of the most common reasons why people discontinue fertility treatment.
But research has also indicated that women who take part in a Mind/Body program for stress reduction before & during IVF treatment, not only gain life skills to be able to handle stress better, they may also be more likely to conceive.3
